Modul House Engineering & Construction Company (U) Ltd is a Ugandan engineering and construction company specializing in prefabricated modular concrete buildings and infrastructure solutions.

Our construction approach combines industrialized precast concrete manufacturing with practical on-site engineering and assembly. Building components can be produced away from the construction site, transported and installed for a range of applications.

Beyond modular buildings, our services extend to bridge construction, drainage systems and general construction works.
